Vintage 1969 Seiko Diver "Slim Case" 6105-8000 All Original Serviced
Stunning all original Seiko 6105 divers watch from Feburary 1969. The Seiko 6105 dive watch was popular among U.S. servicemen during the Vietnam War in the early 1970s. It was favoured for its rugged nature and resistance to the harsh jungle environment.
This watch has been fully serviced including all new seals (both case back and crown) and keeps great time. This Watch is in excellent condition, it does show small signs of use but no abuse, bad knocks or tool marks.
All factory original parts, it has the much more desirable horseshoe case back and long sweep second hand that these early models are famous for.
This Watch has factory original finish on case (not re-polished). All original Dial and hand Lume in very good condition. Hardlex crystal is original and is also extremely clean.
Just serviced (Sep/24) and keeping very good time, quick set date also working perfectly. Seals were replaced when serviced, but Watch has not been pressure tested, so not currently waterproof.
We (Tempo Prima) are the sole Australian dealer for Uncle Seiko Products with a large range available on our website, if you would prefer a different strap please talk to us.
Please study the photos and video carefully as they show the condition of the watch in more detail.
Owning a Vintage Watch:
Mechanical watches do not keep perfect time like a battery-powered watch. In addition, they do require service occasionally.
Since these pieces are vintage and pre-owned, please expect wear and patina from past usage and age.
If dropped, mishandled or otherwise abused, the movement or other parts of the watch can be damaged. Please handle with care.
We hope you enjoy this item and wear it in good health for years to come!
