Stunning King Seiko Chronometer Produced in March 1973. This 56KS was the top of the line Seiko produced at the Daini Seikosha (Seiko) Factory in Japan, it was officially certified by the Japan Chronometer Inspection Institute as a certified chronometer. This 5626-7041 is the Day-Date version and adheres closely to the Grand Seiko “Grammar of Design”.
 
This example presented here is in overall good condition. The case shows some signs of wear but it retains its sharp edges and brushed finishing of the surface of the lugs (see Photos) The case back is in very good condition, with no tool marks. Dial and hands are also in amazing original condition (see video)
 
Keeping very good Time. Hacking works as it should. Date change works as it should including quickset. Service History Unknown. All Original Factory Polish with Patina (Not Re-Polished).
 
Comes fitted with a new Hirsch Leather Strap. Seals are Orignial and old, so not currently waterproof.
